Delhi University LLB Admission: The Delhi University Law Entrance Examination is expected to be conducted by the University of Delhi in the month of July, 2020 (Tentative). The DU LLB Application Form will be available on Delhi University website du.ac.in and along with the publication of the DU LLB Application form, the university will also declare other details about the exam of this year.

Once the DU LLB Application Form is available on the official site of the university, students can fill it up online for DU LLB Admission. This entrance is conducted for testing the eligibility of the students to be admitted to the undergraduate courses offered by the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates have to complete the graduation degree in any discipline.
• Candidates have to secure minimum 50% marks (for general), 45% marks (for OBC) & 40% marks (for SC/ST).
• There is 5% relaxation in the qualifying marks for widows/wards of ex-servicemen/serving personal (CW) & Physically Handicapped (PH).

The procedure to apply for Delhi University LLB Admission: 

The mode of examination for DU LLB changed from offline to online mode in the year 2017. It is a Computer Based Test, wherein, each candidate will be appointed a computer at the DU LLB Exam Center only. The procedure to apply for the DU LLB examination includes the following steps:

• The DU LLB Application Form will be available on the official website of the university, www.du.ac.in along with all the information about filling up the application form.

• Aspirants need to visit this site and check out the detailed procedure for filling the application form. They should also take a note of all the documents they will need, to complete the application process.

• Once the DU LLB Application Form has been filled with all the required details at the last step the student will need to upload his/her passport size colored photograph along with a scanned copy of his/her signature.

• After all the information has been verified by the student, the duly completed application form can be directly submitted in the online portal.

After submission of the duly filled in form, the applicants should pay the exam fee online to complete the total registration process. The application fee of the last year was INR 750/- for students of general and OBC category, and it was INR 350/- for students of the SC/ST community. The Admit of the entrance will be issued after that.

Delhi University LLB Exam Pattern:

The DU LLB Entrance Exam is a MCQ type exam that includes total 100 questions. The paper includes questions from multiple subjects, like, English Language Comprehension, Legal Awareness, Analytical Abilities, Aptitude and General Awareness. Each of the questions in the paper carries 4 marks and there is also negative marking for each of the wrong answers.

Counselling:

Candidates will be called for the counselling process in order of merit. The counselling will begin from the third week of July 2020 (Tentative). The counselling will be conducted according to the category rank. Candidates have to bring all the relevant documents in original along with the photocopies & fee.

Exam Pattern

As B.Ed admission will be done through entrance test conducted by Delhi University, therefore, all aspirants must be aware with its exam pattern. The test will be of three hours duration in which candidates have to attempt 150 objective type questions from four different areas.
